Tustin: Woman pistol-whipped in home invasion robbery

TUSTIN Police arrested three gang members suspected of robbing a home and leading police on a car chase in Tustin on New Year’s Eve.
A woman was pistol-whipped after men forced their way into a home in the 15500 block of Williams Street at 9 p.m. New Year’s Eve, according to officials.
One of the suspects pistol-whipped the woman and fled with about $200, police said. Officers on their way to the home chased the car, a black Lexus speeding with its lights off, into Santa Ana.
