California Shall-Issue CCW Bill gets new hearing in state assembly

Knight’s CCW billl (AB357) has been granted a new hearing. The date is set for January 12, 2010 before the Assembly Public Safety Committee. Here is the text of the bill (PDF).

Shall-Issue is the only way to completely de-politicize the issue of self-protection, and take the ability to discriminate and give political favors out of the hands of individual sheriffs!
